Hello, I am Sofy Correa, a speech therapist graduated from the University of Cauca (Colombia), with homologation in Spain and membership number 29/2853. I also have a Master's degree in Movement Disorders and Functional Alterations from the University of Granada.
My vocation has led me to work with people of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Each case represents a unique opportunity to design a personalised therapy, focused on the well-being and evolution of each patient. I deeply believe in the value of the therapeutic bond: I learn every day from those who trust me, because each encounter is also an opportunity for mutual growth.
In my more than three years of clinical and educational experience, I have developed training and skills in areas such as:
Language and speech
Learning, reading and writing disabilities
Paediatric and adult audiology
Voice rehabilitation
Dysphagia rehabilitation
Orofacial motor skills
Early stimulation
Intervention with intensive care patients (neonatal and adult)
In addition, I have taken several refresher and specialisation courses, including:

Paediatric First Aid - Politécnico de Colombia
Management of neonates in intensive care - Politécnico de Suramérica
Complementary training in comprehensive care of the elderly patient, management of personnel affected by COVID-19 and basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
